Product Information:
Let us do the work while you enjoy the party or event. We come out to your home, party, event, holiday party, school, church, corporate events, etc.
We provide you with high quality service and bring all equipment and supplies needed. Tables are setup for our booth, machine is included in our pricing.
When booking please inform of how many people, what age group, type of event, how many hours, what flavors (we supply a list & have 30 options). We do bags, and cones at events. Please also let us know if there's a power source, if it's indoors or outside.
There is a minimum of 2 hours required for booking of 100 people or more. For more than 250 people a 3 hour minimum service is required. Deposit is required upon booking for 35%, you must be paid in full 7 days prior to your event. Refunds are eligible if cancelled 10 days or more prior to your event. Otherwise if cancelled within 10 days or less you forfeit your deposit which can be applied to any future booking within 12 months.
Additional charges apply for larger parties as we will need extra staffing, and use of more than 1 cotton candy machine. We also offer glow cones for extra charge.
Your quote includes 30-45 min of setup, full catered services for allotted time, and unlimited services for all paid guests.
If the party takes longer than initially planned and we go over our agreed booking time, the additional time will be charged after the event to the card on file.
Gratuity is not included but highly recommended for our staff.
We offer 3 party packages, and can customize based on time, and amount of guests.
1st package: Basic
1.5 hours, with a catered attendant to serve our hand spun, fresh cotton candy.
Unlimited guest servings for all up to 30 people.

We can add or customize to any party package option!
Please advise if there is a power source within 50 feet of setup. We do need approx 10 x 10 space for our setup (smaller parties), larger parties may require more space depending on size. If there is not a source of power, we do charge an extra $35.00 per hour for use of our generator/s.
